Burgers with Wasabi Mayo

Mix up some burgers with onion, garlic, garlic powder, Maggi seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and a dash of sesame oil.

Cook up the burgers and serve with a little wasabi mayo.

Vietnamese style Chicken “Meatballs”

Grind up chicken.

Mix in garlic, fish sauce, worcestershire sauce, rice wine, and an egg.

Cook at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

Teriyaki Salmon on Seasoned Nori

  • Make salmon with garlic, ginger, maggi seasoning/soy sauce, and splenda.
  • Put wasabi mayonnaise onto Trader Joes seasoned nori.
  • Put salmon on top.
  • Eat.

Bengali Style Curry (Bomneeah).

Fry up some onions, tomatoes, garlic and mushrooms.

Fry up some meat (we used stew meat, which was a little tough).

Add tomato sauce from a can.

Add a lot of seasonings, curry powder, ginger powder, garlic powder and a dash of cinnamon.

Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add the okra and mix until it’s all hot and good.
