Mix up some burgers with onion, garlic, garlic powder, Maggi seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and a dash of sesame oil.
Cook up the burgers and serve with a little wasabi mayo.

Bengali Style Curry (Bomneeah).
Fry up some onions, tomatoes, garlic and mushrooms.
Fry up some meat (we used stew meat, which was a little tough).
Add tomato sauce from a can.
Add a lot of seasonings, curry powder, ginger powder, garlic powder and a dash of cinnamon.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add the okra and mix until it’s all hot and good.

GEORGE’S SOUTHWESTERN CHILI CON CARNE

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 tablespoon cumin
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion and garlic; drain the grease. Add the peppers and all of the spices. Stir in the tomatoes; bring to a simmer and cook 10 minutes. Stir in the cilantro. Server over chopped lettuce and garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
