We finally found shirataki tofu noodles at the fancy Ralph’s in La Jolla. Verdict: Delicious and not weird!

“Teriyaki” Salmon with Seasoned Nori and Wasabi Mayonnaise
The Teriyaki is just soy sauce, garlic, and ginger mixed with 2 packets of splenda.
Get the nori and mayo from Trader Joe’s.

I tried pretty hard to make it look appetizing, but this is the best I could do.
It tastes delicious.
Chicken with Chipotle seasoning and vegetables.
Kielbasa Sausage with Sautéed Pepper and Onion “Cauliflower Pilaf”
Just sauté the peppers, onions, and kielbasa in a bit of butter until the onion is translucent. Toss in riced or mashed cauliflower and soak up the pan juices. Serve.
