Buffalo Chicken Salad
- Cut chicken into chunks.
- Coat chicken in egg.
- Dredge chicken in grated parmesan cheese.
- Fry chicken until crispy.
- Let chicken dry on a paper towel.
- Melt some butter with some Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Coat chicken in hot sauce mix.
- Put chicken on salad with blue cheese. (Make salad how you want, we should have added mushrooms, but it was good with just romaine.)
