Kielbasa Sausage with Sautéed Pepper and Onion “Cauliflower Pilaf”

Just sauté the peppers, onions, and kielbasa in a bit of butter until the onion is translucent.  Toss in riced or mashed cauliflower and soak up the pan juices.  Serve.
